Paneer Tikka Masala is a very popular dish made with Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese). This is a new style of Paneer Tikka Masala made with heavy gravy. It tastes heavenly with roti, naan, chapati and flavoured rice.

Ingredients:
  • 250 gm paneer
  • 1 big boiled potato
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp whole garam masala
  • 2 nos bay leaf
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 50 ml oil
  • 2 medium onion paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 4 tsp tomato puree
  • 2 tsp curd
  • 2 tsp kashmeri Methi
  • Ghee
  • 12 tsp maida
  • 3 nos red chilli
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder

Paneer Tikka Masala
Preparation:
  • Take paneer in a bowl, mix boiled and mashed potato, salt, sugar, cumin powder, turmeric powder and little maida and make a uniform dough.
  • From the dough, make small balls and fry it in deep oil and keep aside.
  • In the remaining oil, add whole garam masala, whole red chilli, ginger paste and onion paste and cook well.
  • Then add salt, sugar, turmeric, kashmeri mirch, tomato puree and curd and mix well.
  • When the oil comes out by the side, add the paneer balls and if required add little water.
  • When all are cooked well, add garam masala powder and ghee and serve hot.
